Advanced Myofascial evaluation of the pelvis will help therapists to better understand the complexities of the pelvis. Therapists will gain an understand of how either the sacrum or the innominate may act as the primary lesion site in SI joint dysfunction. The impact of the pelvic viscera on the sacroiliac and pubic symphysis joints will also be touched upon. General evaluation of all the joints will be taught and basic corrections will be discussed.
Rob Hufgart has been involved in the field of manual therapy since 1997 when he graduated from Kikkawa College as an RMT. In the fall of 1997 he founded Integrative Therapeutics, a rehabilitative Massage Therapy clinic in Cambridge ON. Rob has taught for the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy since 1999 and has created and taught courses in Orthopedic Assessments, Anatomy, Clinical Synthesis and Palpations. He has also taught in the continuing education program for Conestoga College, has written and taught post graduate courses for Massage Therapists. Rob treats full time from his clinic and teaches for both CCMH and the Canadian College of Osteopathy.
