Phil Hudson: Pharmacology and Physical Therapies

The interaction between drugs and physical therapies will be explored in this lecture, including the impact on tissues, synergies, adverse effects, treatment modalities and alternatives. Issues of therapist safety with regard to chemotherapeutic agents in the skin will be considered, as well as women's health issues surrounding the menopausal process, body composition changes and the impact on the hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenals, and ovaries.
Phil Hudson, BPharm, MRPharmS, RPh is the successful owner and operator of The Beechwood Wellness Pharmacy. Phil's areas of interest include women's wellness, pediatric formulation, health integration, synchronizing complementary and conventional medicine and nutrition.
